The Indonesian Financial System Statistics


The Indonesian Financial System Statistics (SSKI) is a collection of indicators that focus on the form of ratio data and nominal data as a support to describe the development of various economic elements / sectors / actors related to the financial system which is the focus of Macroprudential / Financial System Stability (SSK) policies in Indonesia. Thus SSKI includes a collection of indicators related to financial institutions (banks and IKNB), financial markets (money and capital markets), financial infrastructure (payment systems, clearing and settlement), related elements / sectors / economic actors (government, corporations and households) . In addition SSKI also presents several indicators relating to the development of Inclusive Finance (KI), MSMEs and the property sector which are an integral part in supporting Macroprudential / SSK policies in Indonesia.

"The condition of macroeconomic stability and the financial system remains under control in order to support the momentum of national economic growth which is supported by the economic resilience that is getting better. This condition was characterized by a low inflation rate on target, the current account balance at a healthy level, stable foreign capital inflows, a maintained rupiah exchange rate, and strong foreign exchange reserves, as well as fiscal policies with a budget deficit and a deficit of primary balances "lower than the target of the 2017 APBNP State Planning and Expenditure Budget," explained the Minister of Finance.

In addition, the performance of the banking and capital markets also showed good conditions, the positive performance of SBN, the adequacy of deposit guarantee funds, positive investor perceptions, and the improving outlook for the Indonesian economy. The Governor of Bank Indonesia, Agus DW Martowardojo also stated that macroeconomic stability and financial system stability were sufficiently maintained.

The conclusion is that there is an increase in Indonesian finance. there is an increase every year which makes Indonesian finance improve from the previous year.
